This period allows sufficient time to inspect furniture products for appearance, quality, and shipping conditions. We recommend checking your items promptly upon receipt to identify any issues.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Product has visible defects such as scratches, damage, or other noticeable flaws.

  • Product has quality issues that affect normal use.

  • Product has unpleasant odors or significant color differences inconsistent with product descriptions.

  • Received product differs from your order, such as wrong model, size, or specifications.

  • No-reason returns/exchanges are accepted within the valid period.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Send the product to the designated return address and wait for our confirmation.

4. Exchange Process

The exchange process is similar to the return process:

  1. Submit an exchange request via email or phone, including order details and supporting materials.

  2. Once approved, customer service will provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Send the product back to the designated address for inspection.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be returned to the payment card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to defects, quality issues, odor, color differences, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For no-reason returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
